ABOUT US- EXECUTIVE TEAM

Joseph Belcredi, Co-CEO and Founder
Joseph Belcredi is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of ProMobility. His main responsibilities include the management of the sales and admin organizations with a special focus on corporate finance. Joseph has built a host of successful businesses under the ProMobility umbrella since 1993, and is diligently working on expanding ProMobility's repair and refurbishment business. Joseph's progressive approach to developing unique enterprise solutions while delivering exemplary customer service has resulted in positive growth year over year.

Joseph continues to look for unique opportunities to expand the business through capitalization, joint ventures and M&A opportunities. Working in one of the fastest growing and largest segments of the economy, Joseph is expanding the sales force and product/service portfolio to keep up with market demands. Unique products like the ProMobility Wireless Dealer Repair Program are providing Dealers across North America with the ability to provide a service option to their customers. This program enables dealers to reduce attrition, enhance the customer experience, profit from the sale of service and commission their sales representatives.

Joseph is married with four children. When he is not spending time with the family, you will find him at the race track taking his car through its paces or coaching other budding race car drivers. Joseph is a member of the Porsche Club of America, Upper Canada Region.

Jeff Litman, Co-CEO and Founder
Jeff Litman co-founded ProMobility in 1993. As Co-CEO, Jeff's mandate is to continue to expand ProMobility's world-class service operations globally and to provide their clients with the highest quality wireless service solutions on the market.

Drawing on 17 years of wireless service experience, Jeff has built a state of the art wireless repair facility in Markham while also managing off shore manufacturing from ProMobility's Asia location. Marshalling a team of technical and service experts, Jeff has spearheaded ProMobility's expansion across the globe and set new standards for the servicing of wireless devices.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two children at their cottage where he unwinds with his favorite past times including boating and wake-boarding.

Jordan Donsky, Chief People Officer
Jordan Donsky joined ProMobility in 2007. Jordan's mandate is to continue to shape the culture at ProMobility while harnessing passion and motivation from the ProMobility Team. Since joining ProMobility, Jordan has been instrumental in improving ProMobility's recruiting and retention programs by linking the achievement of corporate goals to employee performance and rewards. Jordan's continued focus on building ProMobility's commitment to excellence ensures growth and retention of ProMobility's most valued asset, the employees.

With more than 10 years experience as a Psychotherapist, Management Consultant and Director of Business Development, Jordan has expertise in the areas of human resources management, training and development, executive coaching, 360 assessments, team building, and performance and leadership development.

Jordan holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, an Honours Degree in Psychology from York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. Jordan is an avid practitioner in various martial arts.

Justin Phillips, Vice President, Marketing
Justin Phillips has worked with ProMobility in the capacity of business and marketing consultant since 2004. In his current role as Acting VP of Marketing, Justin is responsible for the overall corporate strategic planning process and all marketing activities.

Justin is the President and Founder of HiPoint Marketing Inc., a marketing firm specializing in helping businesses grow through effective planning and marketing. Prior to that, Justin held senior marketing positions with InSystems Technologies and Prentice Hall Canada. He has also taught Internet Marketing as a member of the Centennial College faculty at The Bell Centre for Creative Communications.

Justin Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Geography from York University. Justin is also trained in Solution Selling and Pragmatic Marketing.

Peter Van, Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Peter Van is responsible for the overall strategic development of sales initiatives and tactical execution of sales plans that position ProMobility as a global leader in the wireless repair industry.

Peter has held progressive senior management positions in the areas of sales, training, operations, network rationalization, inventory control, channel and distribution management. Peter has worked throughout North America with Unisys Canada Inc., Cantel, Shaw Mobilecom Inc., Accutel Conferencing Systems and Rogers before joining ProMobility in July 2009.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from McMaster University in Economics and Sociology.

Ramdat Persaud, Services Manager
Ramdat Persaud joined ProMobility in 2002 with a mandate to increase service centre capacity, expand product diversity and raise the level of quality standards. Since joining ProMobility, Ramdat has grown the service operations 15 fold with a corresponding 400% increase in capacity while raising the quality ratings to a standard that makes them amongst the highest in the wireless industry.

Ramdat has more than 25 years of technical experience in the communications industry. Prior to working for ProMobility, Ramdat held such roles as Service Manager, Technical Manager and Team Leader for companies like Motorola and Elyps.

Ramdat holds an Engineering Degree from the University of the French West Indies and Guiana, a Diploma in Business Management from ICS, a Diploma in Communication and Navigation Equipment from Georgian College, and various certificates in management training and computer applications.
